1. Return Eligibility — Standard Products
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
— Request submitted within 14 days of delivery
— Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
— All tags and packaging intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom & AI-Generated Products
— Made-to-order items
— Personalized or customized products
— AI-generated designs created specifically for you
These are produced uniquely and cannot be resold.

Hygiene & Sensitive Items

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for:
— Size adjustments

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
— Replacement or full refund will be offered
— Return shipping will be covered

6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to:

7. Shipping Costs
— Original shipping fees are non-refundable
— Return shipping paid by customer (unless defect)
8. Order Cancellations
Standard Products
— Cancel within 6 hours for full refund
— After 6 hours: up to 10% fee may apply
Custom Products
— Cancel within 24 hours only
— After production begins: non-cancellable
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been received:

Bulk & Wholesale
— Final sale unless otherwise agreed
