Our Services are powered by Shopify, which supports commerce infrastructure, checkout, payments, and related platform functionality.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

Section 1 — Access and account

The product you receive will be based on the specifications listed on the product page, order confirmation, or approved custom order details.

Image clarity

White or clean product images generally represent the product available for purchase and delivery.

Editorial, lifestyle, non-white, soft, staged, or inspirational images may be used to show styling, context, scale, mood, or presentation.

Unless clearly stated, props, accessories, backgrounds, models, furniture, or styling elements shown in images may not be included with the product.

Made-to-order and custom items

Some products are custom, made-to-order, personalized, or produced on demand. These items may have natural variations in finish, texture, size, color, or construction.

Each piece is produced to match the approved specifications as closely as reasonably possible.

Section 3 — Product availability and orders

All orders are offers to purchase.

For custom or business orders, additional confirmation, specifications, approvals, invoices, deposits, or production requirements may apply.

Unless clearly stated, prices may exclude:

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery may be impacted by:

• Incorrect shipping information

• External events beyond our control

Tracking will be shared once an order is shipped or dispatched, where tracking is available.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, carrier timelines and handling may be outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to support delivery issues, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect information may be subject to additional shipping, handling, or restocking charges.

Section 6 — Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and any product-specific terms listed on the product page.

Some items may be final sale or non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customization fees, payment processing fees, and special handling fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

Section 7 — Custom, made-to-order, and business orders

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, and business orders may require additional review, production time, approval, or documentation.

By placing or approving a custom order, you acknowledge that:

• The item is being created or modified for your specific request

• Production may begin after order confirmation or payment

• Timelines are estimates

• Minor variations may occur

• Additional changes may require additional cost and time

Custom, made-to-order, and personalized products are final sale unless defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation

• After 24 hours, cancellation may not be available

• Once production has started, the order is non-cancelable and non-refundable

• Changes after confirmation may require additional approval, cost, and timeline adjustment

Section 8 — Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and Airefinery assets are owned by Airefinery Inc. or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

• Brand names

• Logos

• Trademarks

• Product names

• Taglines

• Website content

• Product concepts and designs

• Visual assets

• Photography and videos

• Platform design

• Workflows

• Business methods

• Proprietary processes

• Creative direction

• Customer experience systems

• Technology-enabled commerce processes

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 9 — User submissions, ideas, and custom requests

You may submit ideas, feedback, product requests, designs, images, measurements, prompts, files, specifications, or other materials through the Services.

You retain ownership of your original submissions, subject to the rights granted below.

These tools are provided “as is” and may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, security, availability, or policies of third-party tools or services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, including their accuracy, availability, policies, or practices.

Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Section 13 — Relationship with Shopify

Our Services are powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides commerce infrastructure and related platform services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions with Airefinery, unless otherwise clearly stated.

Your use of Shopify-related functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• Custom invoices

• Deposits

• Payment milestones

• Production timelines

• Shipping terms

• Non-cancelable commitments

• Special return restrictions

• Written specifications or approvals

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the signed written agreement will control for that order.

Section 20 — Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or created legal, operational, security, or reputational risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time.
