The product you receive will match the specifications listed on the product page.
Made-to-Order Items
- Some items are produced on demand and may have slight variations due to the nature of production
- Each piece is crafted to meet the described specifications
General Assurance
We are committed to clarity and quality. All products are delivered based on the specifications provided, with careful attention to material, fit, and finish.
Availability & Orders
We reserve the right to:

SECTION 7 – USER-GENERATED CONTENT & AI CREATION
When you submit ideas, prompts, or designs:
- You retain ownership of your original input
- You grant AIRefinery a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:
- Use, modify, produce, and commercialize outputs
- Improve systems and products
You confirm:
- You have rights to submit content
- Content does not violate third-party rights
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for their performance or terms.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Shopify powers the platform, but:
- All transactions are with AIRefinery
- Shopify is not liable for your purchases
You release Shopify from claims related to transactions.

Your use of Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Shopify may process data to provide platform functionality.

- Must not mimic human behavior
- Must not bypass safeguards
- Must comply with platform restrictions
We may limit or block any agent access.
SECTION 16 – TERMINATION
We may terminate access at any time.
Obligations (IP, liability, etc.) survive termination.
SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Availability
- Error-free performance
SECTION 18 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AIRefinery is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or revenue
SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify AIRefinery against claims arising from:

- Third-party rights
SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.

These Terms + policies = full agreement.

You may not without consent.
