Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.

Complimentary shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $100.
This is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Expedited processing and shipping may be available at discounted rates at checkout.

Custom & made-to-order products
Airefinery offers select custom and made-to-order products designed specifically for each customer.
Because these products are created or customized for you, they may require additional production time. In some cases, production may take up to 30 days, depending on complexity, material availability, and final quality review.

This allows us to reduce waste, support precision manufacturing, and deliver high-quality products aligned with your request.
Order cancellations & changes
Standard orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
After 6 hours, cancellation may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10%.
Orders that have already been processed, customized, shipped, or dispatched cannot be canceled.

Domestic priority example
3 business days processing + 2 business days shipping = approximately 5 business days
International standard example
3 business days processing + 3–10 business days shipping = approximately 6–13 business days

For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs requirements may vary by country.
Where applicable, additional charges or documentation requirements will be communicated during checkout, by the carrier, or by customs authorities.

Your order is placed and confirmation is sent.

Payment is processed and inventory is reviewed.

Quality checks, validation, and customization are completed.

5. Order delivered
Delivery confirmation is completed by the carrier.
6. Order completed
The order is closed successfully.

If an item is out of stock and no suitable replacement is available, a full refund may be issued.
High-risk orders
Orders flagged as high risk may be canceled for security and fraud prevention.
Customer information required
Some orders may be paused if additional customer information is needed to complete processing, shipping, or customs clearance.
