Airefinery Global Shipping, Processing & Order Policy
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
Last Updated: August 11, 2026
Overview
At Airefinery, we design, create, source, manufacture, and deliver products intended to elevate Style, Space, and Living.
Our products may move through different studios, production facilities, fulfillment locations, manufacturing partners, and logistics networks before reaching you.
Our goal is simple:
Clear expectations. Thoughtful preparation. Reliable global delivery.
This Shipping, Processing & Order Policy explains how orders are processed, produced, shipped, tracked, delivered, and managed.
Certain custom, commercial, oversized, freight, or project-based orders may have additional shipping terms provided on the product page, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or separate agreement.
Where those specific terms conflict with this general Policy, the order-specific terms will apply to the extent permitted by law.
1. Where Airefinery Ships
Airefinery serves customers in the United States and internationally.
We deliver to many destinations across:
— United States
— Canada
— Europe
— United Kingdom
— Australia
— India
— Asia
— Middle East
— Other supported international markets
Availability may vary depending on:
— Product category
— Shipping destination
— Carrier coverage
— Product origin
— Customs requirements
— Import restrictions
— Product size or weight
— Applicable laws and regulations
Not every product can be shipped to every country.
If we are unable to fulfill an order to your destination, we will contact you with available options.
2. Our Global Logistics Network
Airefinery may use established international and regional carriers including:
— DHL
— UPS
— FedEx
— USPS
— Canada Post
— National postal services
— Freight carriers
— Specialized furniture and white-glove delivery providers
— Other qualified regional logistics partners
The carrier used for a particular order depends on the product, destination, service level, dimensions, value, and fulfillment location.
Airefinery may change carriers where reasonably necessary to deliver an order efficiently or safely.
3. Processing Time
Most standard orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days.
Processing may include:
— Payment verification
— Inventory confirmation
— Product validation
— Quality inspection
— Order verification
— Packaging
— Documentation
— Customization where applicable
— Final dispatch preparation
Some orders may be processed more quickly.
Others may require additional time because of product availability, sourcing, customization, security review, order value, destination, or other requirements.
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
4. Business Days
Unless otherwise stated, business days generally mean:
Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Orders placed:
— On weekends
— During holidays
— After operational cut-off times
may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Production partners and international carriers may observe different local holidays, which can affect processing or delivery times.
5. Complimentary Shipping
Airefinery generally offers complimentary standard shipping on qualifying orders of $100 or more.
Eligibility may depend on:
— Destination
— Product
— Product size or weight
— Promotional terms
— Delivery method
Complimentary shipping applies automatically at checkout when an order qualifies.
Certain categories may be excluded, including:
— Oversized furniture
— Commercial orders
— Freight shipments
— White-glove delivery
— Special handling
— Certain international destinations
Any applicable shipping charge will be presented before checkout or included in an applicable quotation.
6. Standard Shipping
For eligible standard products, estimated shipping transit is generally:
Approximately 3–10 business days after processing.
This is a general estimate rather than a universal delivery commitment.
Actual transit time depends on factors including:
— Destination
— Carrier
— Fulfillment origin
— Customs
— Product category
— Service selected
A more specific estimated delivery period may be displayed at checkout or provided with your order.
7. Expedited Shipping
Expedited delivery may be available for eligible products and destinations.
Available options and pricing will generally appear at checkout.
Expedited shipping affects the carrier transit method and does not necessarily eliminate:
— Product processing
— Quality inspection
— Manufacturing
— Customization
— Customs clearance
A custom or made-to-order product cannot necessarily be expedited merely by selecting faster shipping.
8. Estimated Delivery Date
Where available, Airefinery may provide an estimated delivery date or delivery range.
An estimate may take into account:
Processing + production, where applicable + transit.
For example:
Standard Domestic Example
3 business days processing
+
2 business days carrier transit
= approximately 5 business days
International Example
3 business days processing
+
3–10 business days international transit
= approximately 6–13 business days
These are illustrations only.
The estimated delivery date shown for a particular order should be treated as the more relevant estimate.
Where applicable law establishes specific obligations regarding shipment commitments, delays, cancellations, or refunds, Airefinery will comply with those requirements.
9. Order Lifecycle
We want customers to understand where an order is in its journey.
An order may move through the following stages:
1. Order Received
Your order has been successfully submitted.
2. Order Confirmed
Payment has been processed or authorized and the order has entered our workflow.
3. Processing
Inventory, quality, specifications, and fulfillment requirements are being reviewed.
4. Production
Where applicable, a custom or made-to-order product is being sourced, customized, fabricated, or manufactured.
5. Preparing for Dispatch
Final quality review and packaging are being completed.
6. Shipped
The order has been transferred to a carrier and tracking is provided where available.
7. In Transit
The carrier is transporting your order.
8. Out for Delivery
The carrier is preparing to complete delivery.
9. Delivered
The carrier has recorded delivery.
10. Complete
The order journey has been completed.
Not every carrier or order type supports each individual status.
10. Tracking
Tracking information is generally provided once an order has completed final preparation and has been accepted or scanned by the carrier.
Tracking may be available through:
— Email
— SMS where enabled
— Airefinery account
— Carrier website
— Customer care
There may be a short period between receiving a tracking number and the carrier displaying movement.
This usually means the shipment information has been created but the first carrier scan has not yet been recorded.
11. Split Shipments
An order containing multiple products may ship separately.
This may occur when products:
— Come from different fulfillment locations
— Have different processing times
— Have different production schedules
— Require different carriers
— Include standard and custom products
You may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
Unless otherwise stated, you will not be charged additional standard shipping solely because Airefinery chooses to divide an eligible order into multiple shipments.
12. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Airefinery offers products created or configured specifically for individual customers.
These may include:
— Custom apparel
— Personalized products
— Custom furniture
— Made-to-order products
— Customer-selected configurations
— Special materials
— Custom dimensions
— Commercial products
— AI-assisted designs
— Other products created for a particular customer or project
Custom products require additional time because production may include:
— Design
— Engineering
— Material sourcing
— Procurement
— Fabrication
— Manufacturing
— Finishing
— Assembly
— Inspection
— Customer approval
Production time will vary based on the product.
For certain products, production may require up to approximately 30 days or longer where disclosed, depending on complexity and material availability.
The applicable product page, quotation, order confirmation, or project agreement should be used for the most relevant production estimate.
13. Custom Products Are Final Sale
Custom, personalized, configured, and made-to-order products are generally:
Final sale.
Non-returnable.
Non-exchangeable.
Once Airefinery or its partners have materially begun:
— Design
— Engineering
— Sourcing
— Procurement
— Material reservation
— Customization
— Fabrication
— Production
the order may also become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
This does not limit rights relating to verified defects, damage, incorrect products, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Complete terms are provided in the Airefinery Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
14. Standard Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
For standard inventory products, contact Airefinery as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
If fulfillment has not yet begun, we will generally attempt to accommodate the cancellation.
Once an order has:
— Entered fulfillment
— Been packaged
— Been transferred to a logistics provider
— Been dispatched
— Been shipped
cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an eligible standard product cannot be cancelled before shipment, it may generally be returned after delivery in accordance with Airefinery's 30-day Return & Refund Policy.
Contact:
A cancellation request is not complete until confirmed by Airefinery.
15. Changes to an Order
Customers should contact us promptly to request changes to:
— Product
— Size
— Color
— Quantity
— Delivery address
— Shipping method
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes before processing has progressed too far.
Changes are not guaranteed.
Once a product is shipped, we may not be able to modify its delivery address or destination.
Carrier restrictions may also apply.
16. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please verify:
— Recipient name
— Street address
— Apartment, suite, or unit
— City
— State, province, or region
— Postal code
— Country
— Telephone number where requested
Airefinery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping or handling charges may apply where permitted by law.
17. International Delivery
International delivery requires additional coordination between:
— Airefinery
— Exporting carriers
— Customs authorities
— Importing carriers
— Local delivery providers
— The recipient
Delivery time may therefore vary because of:
— Customs processing
— Security review
— Import documentation
— Local regulations
— Duties and taxes
— Remote destination service
— Carrier handoffs
Airefinery will provide available shipment information and assist with reasonable delivery inquiries.
18. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to:
— Customs duties
— Import taxes
— VAT
— GST
— Brokerage fees
— Customs processing charges
— Other government-imposed charges
Whether those amounts are included in the amount paid to Airefinery depends on the shipping arrangement displayed at checkout or agreed for the order.
Where duties and taxes are included, this may be identified during checkout or in the applicable order terms.
Where they are not included, the recipient or importer may be responsible for paying applicable amounts before or upon delivery.
Governmental duties, taxes, customs rates, and import rules can change and are determined by the applicable authorities rather than Airefinery.
19. Delivered Duty Paid & Recipient-Paid Duties
Depending on the destination and shipping method, Airefinery may offer different international delivery arrangements.
Where an order is expressly identified as duties paid or Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), applicable import duties and taxes included under that arrangement are handled according to the disclosed terms.
Where an order is shipped under an arrangement in which import charges are not prepaid, the recipient may be responsible for:
— Duties
— Taxes
— Customs clearance costs
— Carrier brokerage
The applicable checkout or commercial shipping terms will determine which arrangement applies.
20. Customs & Importer Information
Certain international shipments may require additional information to satisfy customs or carrier requirements.
Depending on the destination and shipment, a carrier, customs broker, or customs authority may request information such as:
— Full recipient name
— Telephone number
— Email address
— Tax identification number
— Importer identification
— Business registration information
— EIN
— SSN or other legally accepted identifier where required
— Proof of identity
— Authorization forms
— Product-use information
The specific requirement depends on applicable customs laws and the shipment.
Airefinery will not request sensitive identification information unless reasonably necessary for a legitimate shipping, customs, fraud-prevention, or legal requirement.
Where possible, sensitive customs information may be provided directly to the carrier or customs broker.
21. Customer Cooperation With Customs
Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with lawful customs clearance requests relating to their shipment.
Failure to provide required information may result in:
— Customs delay
— Shipment hold
— Return to sender
— Storage charges
— Abandonment under carrier/customs procedures
— Cancellation where appropriate
If customs clearance cannot be completed because required customer information is not provided, refunds, if any, will be determined according to:
— Product eligibility
— Custom-order status
— Shipping charges incurred
— Duties or fees incurred
— Return transportation
— Applicable law
Custom and made-to-order products do not become returnable simply because a customer declines to complete required customs clearance.
22. Customs Inspection
International shipments may be opened or inspected by customs or governmental authorities.
Such inspections are outside Airefinery's control.
Inspection may occasionally:
— Delay delivery
— Require additional documentation
— Affect external packaging
A customs inspection alone does not constitute product damage.
If the product itself arrives damaged, contact Airefinery promptly.
23. Restricted Destinations & Products
Certain products may be subject to legal, carrier, or customs restrictions.
Airefinery may decline or cancel shipment where:
— Importation is prohibited
— Export restrictions apply
— Carrier restrictions prevent safe transportation
— Sanctions or trade regulations restrict the transaction
— Required permits cannot reasonably be obtained
If Airefinery cannot legally fulfill an order and no product or service has been provided, appropriate amounts collected will be refunded as required.
24. Furniture, Oversized & Freight Orders
Furniture and large products may require:
— Freight transportation
— Scheduled delivery
— Curbside delivery
— Threshold delivery
— Room-of-choice delivery
— White-glove service
The exact service will be identified where applicable.
Customers are responsible for confirming that:
— Delivery vehicles can access the location
— Entrances are accessible
— Elevators are appropriately sized
— Staircases and hallways accommodate the product
— Building delivery requirements are known
Airefinery is not responsible for a product failing to fit through an access point when dimensions were provided and no separate site-verification service was agreed.
25. White-Glove & Installation Services
Certain Space products may offer optional:
— White-glove delivery
— Assembly
— Installation
— Placement
These services may be performed by Airefinery or qualified third-party providers.
Service availability depends on location and product.
Completed delivery, assembly, installation, or white-glove service charges may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
26. Delivery Appointments
Some oversized or commercial shipments require an appointment.
The carrier may contact the customer directly using the information provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for reasonably cooperating with appointment scheduling.
Failed or missed delivery appointments may result in:
— Redelivery fees
— Storage charges
— Additional transportation costs
where imposed by the carrier and legally permitted.
27. Delivery Delays
Delivery can occasionally take longer than expected.
Potential causes include:
— Carrier disruption
— Customs clearance
— Weather
— Natural disasters
— Public holidays
— Labor disruption
— Transportation interruptions
— Supply chain events
— Security reviews
— Incorrect customer information
— Events outside reasonable control
Where a shipment is delayed, Airefinery will make reasonable efforts to provide available information and support resolution.
Where applicable law gives customers specific rights because an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, Airefinery will honor those rights.
28. Production Delays
For custom or made-to-order products, production schedules may change because of:
— Material availability
— Quality concerns
— Engineering requirements
— Manufacturing issues
— Customer-requested changes
— Design approvals
If a material delay occurs, Airefinery may provide an updated production or shipping estimate.
Where required by applicable law, customers will also receive any applicable delay, cancellation, consent, or refund options.
29. Quality Review Before Shipment
Quality takes priority over dispatching a product that does not meet reasonable standards.
Before shipment, Airefinery may perform:
— Product inspection
— Specification validation
— Inventory review
— Packaging review
— Quality control
If a product does not meet our quality standards, we may delay shipment rather than knowingly send a defective product.
Where this occurs, we may offer:
— Replacement
— Alternative product
— Updated timeline
— Cancellation and refund where applicable
30. Out-of-Stock Products
Occasionally, inventory information may change after an order is placed.
If a standard product becomes unavailable, Airefinery may offer:
— A replacement
— Comparable alternative
— Updated fulfillment date
— Store credit, if accepted by you
— Refund
You are not required to accept an alternative product in place of an unavailable standard product.
31. Split or Partial Availability
If part of an order is unavailable, Airefinery may:
— Ship available products separately
— Contact you regarding the unavailable product
— Offer an alternative
— Cancel and refund the unavailable portion
where appropriate.
32. High-Risk & Fraud Review
Some orders may be held for verification to protect customers and Airefinery.
Factors can include:
— Unusual transaction activity
— Payment verification issues
— Billing and shipping inconsistencies
— Fraud indicators
— High-value orders
We may request additional verification before shipment.
Orders reasonably determined to be fraudulent or unauthorized may be cancelled.
Any refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and legal requirements.
33. Lost Shipments
If tracking does not show successful delivery and a shipment appears lost, contact:
Airefinery may open an investigation with the carrier.
Depending on the outcome and applicable circumstances, resolution may include:
— Replacement
— Reshipment
— Alternative product
— Refund
Do not assume that a delayed tracking update means a package has been permanently lost.
34. Tracking Shows Delivered
If carrier tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it:
-
Confirm the delivery address.
-
Check household members, reception, mailroom, concierge, neighbors, or other authorized receiving locations.
-
Review any carrier delivery photograph or notification.
-
Contact Airefinery promptly if the shipment remains missing.
We may coordinate an investigation with the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
35. Damaged Delivery
If a product arrives visibly damaged:
— Photograph the external packaging
— Photograph the shipping label
— Photograph the damaged product
— Preserve packaging
— Contact Airefinery promptly
For visible transit damage, contacting us within 48 hours helps us investigate efficiently with the carrier.
Confirmed damaged or defective products will be handled in accordance with the Airefinery Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
36. Incorrect Item
If you receive a materially different product from what you ordered, contact:
Include:
— Order number
— Photograph of the item received
— Product label where applicable
Once verified, Airefinery will work toward an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.
37. Refused Delivery
Customers should not refuse delivery simply because they have changed their mind about an order.
If an otherwise valid shipment is refused without Airefinery authorization, reasonable costs associated with:
— Outbound transportation
— Return transportation
— Customs
— Brokerage
— Storage
— Handling
may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where legally permitted.
Custom and made-to-order products remain subject to their final-sale conditions.
38. Undeliverable Shipments
A shipment may be returned to Airefinery when:
— Address information is incomplete
— Recipient cannot be reached
— Delivery is repeatedly unsuccessful
— Customs requirements are not completed
— Recipient refuses delivery
If an eligible standard product is returned to us, we will determine available reshipment or refund options.
Additional transportation costs may apply where the delivery failure resulted from customer-provided information or failure to cooperate with delivery requirements.
39. International Returns
An international order eligible for return remains subject to the Airefinery Return & Refund Policy.
Unless the return results from verified Airefinery error, defect, or shipping damage:
— Customer generally pays return shipping
— International shipping charges may be non-refundable
— Duties and taxes may not be recoverable from Airefinery
— Customs documentation may be required
Customers may need to seek reimbursement of import duties directly from the applicable governmental authority where available.
40. Commercial & B2B Shipping
Business, wholesale, hospitality, trade, custom manufacturing, and other commercial orders may have separate shipping conditions.
These may include:
— Freight terms
— Incoterms
— Palletized transportation
— Container transportation
— Port delivery
— Commercial receiving requirements
— Insurance requirements
— Importer-of-record responsibilities
— Inspection periods
The applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, statement of work, or commercial agreement governs those shipments.
41. Force Majeure & Events Outside Reasonable Control
Airefinery's global supply and logistics network may occasionally be affected by events reasonably outside our control.
Examples include:
— Natural disasters
— Severe weather
— War or civil unrest
— Port disruption
— Government restrictions
— Carrier disruption
— Major infrastructure outages
— Labor actions
— Supply chain disruptions
— Epidemics or pandemics
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material effects on an order and provide options consistent with applicable law.
42. Delivery Estimates Are Dynamic
The most accurate delivery information is typically the estimate associated with your particular order.
A product page may provide a general estimate.
Checkout may provide a destination-specific estimate.
The carrier may provide a more current transit estimate once the shipment is in its network.
For this reason, estimates may evolve as the order progresses.
Nothing in this Policy limits any legally required shipping commitment or customer remedy.
43. Communication
Airefinery may contact you regarding:
— Order confirmation
— Verification
— Production status
— Shipping
— Customs
— Delivery
— Delays
— Required information
— Product availability
Please ensure your email and telephone information remains current until your order is delivered.
44. Changes to This Policy
Airefinery may update this Shipping, Processing & Order Policy as our:
— Markets
— Products
— Logistics capabilities
— Manufacturing network
— Carrier relationships
— Legal obligations
evolve.
The Last Updated date will identify the current published version.
The shipping terms applicable to an existing order will generally be those applicable when the transaction was made or separately agreed, subject to applicable law.
