Complimentary U.S. shipping
Enjoy free standard U.S. shipping with no minimum purchase on eligible orders.
Oversized furniture, freight, white-glove delivery, installation, and special handling may cost extra. Any charges will be clearly shown before purchase or included in your quotation.
Discounted worldwide shipping
We offer discounted international shipping to supported destinations and continue to expand our global network—bringing more products to more places with convenient delivery options.
Available services and rates appear at checkout or in your quotation. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply unless expressly included.
When to expect your order
Most standard orders are prepared within 1–4 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Your product page, checkout, or order confirmation provides the estimate relevant to your order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs and carrier delays may affect delivery.
Need it sooner? Expedited shipping may be available at checkout.
Follow your delivery
We’ll email your tracking details when your order ships. Tracking updates may appear after the carrier’s first scan.
Items may arrive separately. You won’t pay additional standard shipping because we choose to split an eligible order.
Custom creations & furniture
Pieces made especially for you may take longer. Production estimates and delivery arrangements will be shared on the product page or in your quotation.
Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale and may not be cancellable once work begins. Your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain protected.
For furniture, please check product dimensions and delivery access before ordering. Any scheduled delivery, assembly, or white-glove service will be confirmed with you.
