Coconut Bottle Brush

Note: it does not fit inside wine bottles or baby bottles.

How to Use & Care

Hang it to dry every time you finish using it. Do not leave it submerged in water for long, since the wood can swell and crack. If it needs a deeper clean, soak the bristles in vinegar and water for a few minutes, then rinse. With heavy use it lasts about six months, and with lighter use several years. When it is past its kitchen days, demote it to scrubbing toilets and other spots you would rather keep separate from your dishes.

Packaging

There is no retail packaging beyond what is needed to ship it safely, and the brush may be bent to fit a smaller box. Your order may include paper to protect the contents.

End-of-Life Disposal

Everything but the metal wire can be composted or buried in the garden. To separate the wire, untwist it and pull out the bristles, then cut the wire off the handle with wire cutters and recycle it with your metals.
